Answer: When you log-in after enrolling in a Course (that is, at https://degrandson.inquisiqlms.com/), you will be taken directly to the My Dashboard view. There you will see the Modules of your Course listed. Starting with the first module (usually, Module 0), select the ‘Go’ button to begin.
You can go to the ‘My Dashboard’ view at any time (for example, to check the Course status, to print additional copies of your Certificates, and similar) by selecting the ‘My Dashboard’ tab on the Menu Bar at the top of the screen.
deGRANDSON Global’s Learning Management System (LMS) is a service we buy-in from Acendre/Inquisiqto deliver our ISO courses on high-speed, high-capacity servers.
Registration, lessons, and exams are all facilitated via the LMS. Follow in-screen instructions to enroll in an ISO course and head to the appropriate LMS.
Answer: You can pay with a Debit Card or a Credit Card.
In all cases paying to enroll in an ISO course is done through our PayPal merchant’s account. In addition to the security intrinsic in dealing with PayPal, this implements our corporate policy of never handling or storing our customer’s payment details.
- View screens of the entire process at this link: Payment with Debit or Credit Card.
- The payment procedure is identical for all payments as far as step 6.
- Please contact [email protected] if you have any difficulties.
Answer: It is likely that pop-up windows are being blocked. And you are probably using the Google Chrome browser.
By default, Google Chrome blocks pop-ups from automatically showing up on your screen. When a pop-up is blocked, the address bar will be marked Pop-ups blocked. You can also decide to allow pop-ups.
For Desktop PCs: To turn pop-ups off…
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More.
- Click Settings.
- At the bottom, click Show advanced settings.
- Under “Privacy,” click Content settings.
- Under “Pop-ups,” select the option: Allow all sites to show pop-ups
Note 1: Alternatively, you can leave the pop-up blocker active but allow pop-ups from our URL, namely, https://degrandson.inquisiqr4.com.
Note 2: Similar instructions can be found in Google Chrome Help for Android devices, iPhones and iPads.
While it is not possible with our current technology to download complete modules, access to the LMS with poor broadband (often 1 Mb or so) should not be a problem. Try it. And remember that our Lessons have ‘full resume’ that means that, should you lose connection, you can pick up exactly where the lesson stopped when you went offline.
I think you’ll have no difficulty taking lessons, including quizzes, on the train.
However, when taking exams, make sure you have good stable broadband connection (5Mb or better).
